Every Buraq box has a pot of Greek-yoghurt raita in it, so every box contains milk. If you can't have milk, ask for the box without raita when you order and we'll leave it out. Samosas — a Buraq Table add-on — are made with wheat-flour pastry.

The salad in every box is cucumber, tomato, onion and a green chilli — none of the 14. Drinks are sealed cans or bottled water, labelled by their makers; read the can.
One kitchen — cross-contact
Everything is cooked in one dedicated kitchen that handles milk every day and, on Table days, wheat. We don't use the other listed allergens as ingredients, but we can't promise that any dish is completely free of any allergen. If you have a severe allergy, call Hooria on 07767 192008 before you order and she'll tell you honestly whether we can feed you safely that day.
How to tell us
- Buraq Flash: use the allergy box at checkout — it goes onto your box label and the kitchen sheet.
- Buraq Table: list dietary needs on the quote form; each box is labelled with the person's name and "Contains: MILK".
